The Youth Art Gallery is a traveling art gallery in Washtenaw County dedicated to advancing equity and opportunity for children and youth by providing arts education in systematically under-resourced minority groups. The idea for The Youth Art Gallery (YAG) stemmed from the recognition of a need for a supportive, welcoming space where young artists could learn, grow, and express themselves. The Youth Art Gallery identified a lack of platforms for these artists to showcase their work to the local community. The Youth Art Gallery (YAG) was conceived to fill this gap and provide a space where art is accessible, celebrated, and shared.
